Don't worry... we got you.

How does this study work?

For now, we're utilizing a hybrid approach. Those who feel comfortable are meeting in person while a large number are still meeting via Zoom. During our study time everyone is connected, we split for small group time to allow for more depth (your small group will consist of folks meeting in person and folks via Zoom). Materials | Your bible. Connection | We stay connected during the week with our [in]COURAGE app (via WIX). It houses our community discussion about the text, insights and prayer requests. We also use the app to update our members with study questions and any other relevant info we plan to discuss during the meeting. Meetings | Our study has a large group time focused on learning and studying the Word of God followed by a small group time (no larger than 5) meant to be a place of intimacy for sharing your heart in a safe and confidential place. Service | Each study members will be assigned a randomly selected accountibility partner to walk alongside. This can be as powerful and dynamic as you allow it to be, at the very least, we ask members to put aside time 1x weekly to listen and pray with their accountibility partner. Members will be asked to facilitate small group time and may be invited to lead/facilitate large group time, this is optional and is not required.

Is everyone allowed to post questions/discussion for the week?

Yes! We are a community, we do this together.

Is it necessary to download the app?

No, not at all! You will get email notifications for updates and can access the member's page from a desktop site.

Can anyone see my information on the Member's page?

Only members can view the Member's page. Member's must be approved or invited by one of the site Administrators. You can further control your security by determining/altering your visibility to members in Settings. You can choose to be visible by members or remian private.

What are meetings like?

Ahh-maze-ing. In a large group setting we discuss our study during the week, learning with and growing from one another's unique perspectives and insights. We then split into smaller groups (determined randomly so we can take the pressure off for any first timers) to go deeper. This is a place to know others and be known. I know... ahh-maze-ing.

Can anyone read our discussions?

Yes and no. Groups are only visible by members. A member can only be added to a group by one of the site Administrators. This is where we post prayer requests and information of a more sensitive/private nature. Comments made to the Study Questions are visible to anyone visitng the site/app.

Do I have to be a member/attend CCG to join?

Nope! We welcome all women, in all stages life.

How are small groups formed?

Small groups are formed every 4 weeks via random selection for longer studies and may last the duration of a study for shorter books. Four weeks allow each member to facilitate group time at least once should all members wish to serve. New members will be added to an existing group until the next round of groups are formed.

Do I have to serve?

No. It is not our intention for anyone to feel obligated to lead study and/or facliitate group time. While we encourage it, we only wish to create an opportunity for growth and service. You may recieve an email from a facilitator asking you to serve but it should be abundantly clear: it is not mandatory. Please feel the freedom and safety to decline should you need to.

Why don't I get notifications when other members post in the Community/Small Groups?

Wix is pretty amazing and because of that, it refuses to spam you with notificaitons you may not want. You want them you say? Easy fix. Navigate to the "Members" page (on either the app or the desktop site) and simply choose to follow your fellow members. The next time a member posts a prayer request, update or just a really awesome insight- you'll be notified!

Can other memebers see what I post in my Small Group?

No. Small group discussions are only visable by members of that group while posts/comments created in "All Members" are visible by all members.

Hey friend, wondering how this all works?
